1. Provider and scope
These terms govern Paventor services provided by Rotfuß GmbH, Lessingstraße 7, 74834 Elztal, Germany. Conflicting terms apply only if expressly accepted.
2. Service
Paventor provides automated analyses of publicly accessible websites, reports, recommendations and optional third-party measurements or AI explanations. Results are snapshots and do not replace legal, security, accessibility or professional advice.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate information, verify their email address, protect credentials and use workspace permissions responsibly. Owners are responsible for authorized members and lawful use of submitted URLs.
4. Permitted use
Only websites that may lawfully be accessed and analyzed may be submitted. Bypassing security controls, accessing private networks, overloading systems, manipulating referrals or interfering with third parties is prohibited.
5. Credits and analyses
The credit cost is displayed before an analysis starts. Credits are reserved server-side and captured according to the documented execution state. Failed or safely cancelled analyses follow the applicable credit recovery rules.
6. Prices, subscriptions and payments
Prices, taxes, billing interval and renewal terms displayed during checkout apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Partner program
Admission is discretionary and subject to identity, tax, payment and abuse review. The standard model provides 20% after taxes, Stripe fees and refunds, attribution for up to 60 days, commissions for up to six months after the first confirmed payment, and release no earlier than after 14 days. Admission and payouts are not guaranteed.
8. Availability
Maintenance, security incidents and external provider failures may temporarily limit the service. Material contractual changes are communicated through an appropriate channel.
9. Reports and intellectual property
Users retain rights to submitted content. Paventor and its software, interface and analysis methods remain protected. Shared reports must not disclose confidential or third-party information.
10. Liability
Statutory liability applies without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory product liability. For ordinary negligence involving essential obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss where legally permitted.
11. Termination and deletion
Accounts may be deleted after ownership, subscriptions, open payments and partner obligations are resolved. Billing and tax records may be retained for the statutory period with normal product access disabled.
12. Consumers and withdrawal
