Right of withdrawal for consumers

Withdrawal period

If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your distance contract, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded.

Consequences of withdrawal

Payments received under the withdrawn contract are refunded using the original payment method within the statutory period, unless another method was expressly agreed. Statutory deductions may apply to services already performed at your express request.

Digital services

If you expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided. A statutory right may expire when the service has been fully performed after the required express consent and acknowledgement.
